We work with community leaders, Richmond Community Schools Administration and the everyday Richmond citizen to bring you top quality programming to keep you informed on what is going on in your community.

The Cable Television Services Department is comprised of a Cable Commission, which is a Board of five people that serve a three year staggered term that monitors the CTVS Department, and a part time Cable Coordinator that develops and produces programming for Richmond TV. We invite you to look around and take part with what is going on in your community!

If you would like to Volunteer at Richmond TV please let us know. We are always trying find talented people who would like operate camera, on-air talent or announcing various events like Richmond High School Sports, Parades, Christmas Tree Lighting, among others. So if you are interested just click on the Employment Inquiry link and we will get back to you! No experiance in video production nessicary.
